Workshops & Trainings on the Mental Load
We design and deliver customized programs to reduce barriers facing men and women in the workplace and at home. We do not deliver traditional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs (although we can refer you to fabulous friends that do!). We help build understanding of significant but often overlooked challenges facing women at work—for example, how employees carry the mental load from home into their work lives and the unique challenges this creates for women’s advancement. We will be offering several innovative new workshops on the mental load in 2024. We’ll post our calendar soon. Please shoot us a note if you’re interested!
Market Research & Partnerships
We partner with start-ups and established companies in the design of programs and products that improve women’s wellbeing at home and at work. Applying decades of research and rigorous validated methods, we help to advance innovations that are accessible, effective, and tailored to your unique challenges.
An Hour with an Expert
We provide one-hour sessions for individuals and organizations looking to troubleshoot gender equity issues at home and in the workplace. We provide insights into the latest research, corporate best practice and implications for work-life design. We also help clients navigate the vast and sometimes incomprehensible world of academia and consultants, helping to connect them to trusted experts and resources.
Media Interviews
Leah Ruppanner is a leading expert on gender issues and is regularly featured In the News. She is available for media commentary on a range of issues impacting women in navigating their work, family, technology and policy lives.
Haley Swenson is an expert on work and intersectional gender inequality, and a regular voice on work-family policies and unpaid and domestic work issues. She is available for media interviews on women’s work lives, child care, paid family and medical leave, and the mental load.
